Isabella is extremely kind, attentive to guests, and full of useful suggestions for places to go. The farmhouse is beautifully kept, with clean, lovely rooms and a strong sense of order and cleanliness. We’re staying half-board, and both breakfast and dinner have been generous, delicious spreads of color and flavor. There are four friendly donkeys who are always keen for a pet, too. The property sits in quiet countryside but is well placed for reaching the area's cultural and seaside attractions. I highly recommend it for a holiday in this beautiful part of Sicily.

The garden and pool are beautifully maintained, and the whole place feels like a peaceful retreat just minutes from a stunning sea. Isabella and Emanuele made us feel at home. Breakfasts were delicious, and you can also have gourmet lunches and dinners if you like. I especially recommend a barbecue by the pool. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. It's a good base for exploring the baroque sights of the Val di Noto and recharging for a few days. We'll definitely be back soon.

We came back for a second year, and it confirmed what we thought. Mrs. Isabella is always ready to help guests. The farmhouse has been beautifully renovated and is well looked after, with large, clean pools. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean. Breakfast is Sicilian style, made with quality products. Porto Ulisse and Marzà beaches are just 15 minutes away.

Masseria Villa Modica gave us a special sense of home, calm, and relaxation, and Isabella, Emanuele, and all the staff made us feel so looked after. My daughters and I spent a wonderful October holiday here, and we’ll definitely be back. The setting among greenery, flowers, olive trees, and carob trees is lovely. By the pool there are sun loungers, deckchairs, tables, and chairs, where we enjoyed aperitifs, sunsets, and relaxing at any hour. It’s also a handy base for Modica, Noto, Ragusa, Ortigia, Marzamemi, Scicli, and the beaches at San Lorenzo, Calamosche, and Vendicari nature reserve, where the sea is stunning. Our stone-walled rooms were spacious and tastefully furnished, with lovely fragrant linens, refrigerators, and air conditioning, especially useful in summer. The bathrooms were large and elegant, with hairdryers. Common areas were bright and roomy, the reception and bar welcoming, and everything was very clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with Sicilian pastries, brioche with ricotta, chocolate and pistachios, fruit, juices, almond milk, and all kinds of biscuits. Highly recommended for families with kids, groups of friends, and couples of any age.
