The lake view was amazing, and the staff were always happy to share tips. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was delicious. We stayed five days at Hotel Europa, and the service made sure we were comfortable. The room was very clean and a bit traditional, nothing fancy. The bathroom was especially nice, recently renovated with a rain shower. Much better than we expected, and a comfortable stay.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was great, which are the reasons this gets two stars from me. The hotel is in a nice spot, but the room had a disgusting smell, as if it had been flooded with cleaning product. Some people complain about cleanliness, but I'd have preferred an uncleaned room to that smell. Even with the windows open, it wouldn't go away. A water pipe also made noise all night.

From my room balcony and at breakfast in the restaurant, the lake views were breathtaking. It was my first time in Ispra, and I had a wonderful experience. The service was perfect and made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay, even though the hotel feels a little dated. The location near the lake is ideal, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet too. We'd definitely come back if we return to Italy.

The staff were very friendly, and dinner at the hotel restaurant was tasty and not expensive for two. The price for two people for one night was reasonable too. We had a lovely night there. The room was a little old fashioned, but the bathroom was renovated, modern, and quite large. The huge king size bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of different things to choose from. There was also a big balcony overlooking the lake. There's no access to the beach, but it's close to the deck if you have a boat.
