Sotto il Borgo Apartments

Sotto il Borgo is just a few minutes from Jesi's historic center, pizzerias, and restaurants, and the price for the whole apartment feels fair for the comforts and the owner's kindness. I've been staying there for about two years when visiting part of my family in Chiaravalle. Daniele is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and has always tried to make us comfortable. We travel with a large dog and have never had any problems. The apartments are clean and have lots of useful things: heating in winter, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, towels, blankets, pillows, and a coffee machine. Whether you're there for a day or a month, you've got what you need. There's also always been coffee pods, biscuits, jams, and other breakfast items, which you can't always count on. I've always parked on the street, though it's not always possible to find a spot close to the apartment. I can only RECOMMEND Sotto il Borgo. 😊👍

The owner was kind and helpful, left us croissants, jam, and other breakfast things, and the apartment is in a quiet, decent area. It's on the first floor, with a balcony and a beautiful view. There are radiators, and the apartment is great in the heat. The street parking is close to the house, and the car feels safe. The towels and sheets were clean, but unfortunately the rest wasn't. The floor, windows, doors, furniture, and fridge were dirty. The drawers were a mess too, full of things, and it didn't seem like the apartment was being cared for. I had to tidy up and clean everything before we could settle in. I don't think this was the owner's fault, but rather the person they send to clean. Sometimes cleaners don't know how to do the job properly, or just don't care, which is a shame. The apartment is nice and would deserve a higher rating if it had been clean, especially since the owner is kind.

I stayed in Daniele's apartment for two weeks while I was working in the area. There's also an option of renting a room with shared living space. The location is really handy, a few steps from the main avenue and about a hundred meters from the historic center. Daniele, Manuela the housekeeper, and Giovanni, Daniele's partner, were all extremely kind and helpful, and tried to accommodate my requests. The apartment was lovely, well kept, and very clean, with a wide range of breakfast options. I highly recommend it!

The owner pays close attention to communication with guests. Affittacamere del Borgo has very clean mini apartments with air conditioning and everything needed for a self-catering stay. Each one has a spacious bedroom and kitchen, both equipped with plenty of comforts, plus a bathroom with a shower. It's on a side street off Viale della Vittoria, outside the restricted traffic zone. I'd recommend it for families and for people staying just one night for work.
