The hotel itself was average but clean, with a comfortable bed. It’s right on the beach and has a pool, though the surrounding area feels like a full-on tourist town. There’s no room service, which seems common around here. The staff were happy to help with anything, and Stella at the main desk was especially lovely, her big smile and friendly manner made a real difference to my rating. Dogs are allowed for a small extra fee. I’d book a room with a full sea view.

For the price, I thought this was a really good hotel. I’m not sure why its rating is only 3.5. It’s not a five-star place, but the staff were helpful and supportive, and the rooms had everything we needed. We stayed as a family and had no complaints.

The hotel looks nice, and the reception and dining room staff were amazing, very friendly and always willing to do more to help. The air conditioning was weak, though. The fifth floor was awful: the rooms weren’t fit for people, and the elevator only goes up to the fourth floor.

The restaurant was the worst part, and there weren’t many food choices. Hotel Florida had nice, clean rooms, but be careful with valuables at the beach, it didn’t feel safe and things could be stolen.

My family and I were really looking forward to our booking, but I had to undergo urgent surgery. I explained everything to the hotel, yet they refused to refund the payment and kept my 508€. Very disappointing.
