The receptionist lady was really nice and helpful. The hotel is literally 30 seconds from the seaside ☺️. It's not a five-star place, so don't get confused, but it's lovely just as it is. My two children and I had an amazing time at Hotel Laguna. We loved it 🫶, and the coffee was delicious too 🫶 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It's well located, close to both the market and the beach. They forgot to leave us toilet paper and towels.

I left a day earlier than planned after what happened, hoping at least to get a refund for the night I didn't use. Even after I asked and Booking.com contacted the hotel, I received nothing. This experience has cost me my peace of mind, and I won't consider staying here again unless there are absolutely no other options. Even then, I'd look around very carefully first. The main issue is that there was no staff at all from 6:00 PM until 10:00 AM. People outside the hotel knew this. During the night, someone damaged my car while it was parked inside the hotel and stole a laptop I'd hidden in it. The car damage was €2,000 and the laptop was worth €3,000, so my total loss was €5,000. I knew what kind of hotel I was booking and had prepared for anything after reading the negative reviews. I never wanted to add another bad review, but I have to. The experience was terrible: no security, poor customer service, and unprofessional management.
