We’ve stayed at the hotel twice now and have been happy both times. The location right on the beach is a real plus, and the parking is large and free. Rooms were clean and tidy, with spacious balconies. The staff at both reception and the restaurant were very friendly. The food was tasty and the portions filling. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting some peace and relaxation at an attractive price. Best regards, Room 410
There’s no reception in the building itself, so you have to go about 50 meters to the main Heron hotel for breakfast and dinner. Kitchen fumes reach the hotel, and the staff are young but don’t speak English fluently. The building is very old, and I don’t think it deserves three stars. You can find a much cheaper hotel with better service in every way.
The location is super, and the hotel is clean, but it really needs renovating. Everything inside is over 40 years old. Breakfast had no variety, and dinner was from a menu, which isn’t convenient for me, though the food was delicious.
The location is perfect, close to the beach and main street, and the staff are helpful. The rooms are okay for a three-star hotel, but the experience overall was very good. I’d definitely recommend it.
Our rooms still weren’t ready five hours after the posted check-in time, and the staff and hotel management were rude and inefficient throughout. They refused any kind of compensation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
