The location is great, just 100 meters from the beach and beside a pedestrian area. There's a bar, free bike rental, and two sunbeds plus a parasol on the beach. Parking is available either in front of or behind the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and thought the price was reasonable for what you get. Our deluxe room had been recently renovated and felt modern, with a large shower. So the older bad reviews about rooms don't seem valid anymore. The staff were nice.

The pool is great for kids, the service is good, and the wifi works well. Rooms are small but clean and refurbished compared with the hotel's other areas. Breakfast isn't top quality, though it's fine for a few days. The place has potential, and with some effort it could get three stars. I'd be more inclined to give it two than three.

A great place with kind, helpful staff. The price includes access to the swimming pool and a spot on the beach with a sun umbrella and loungers.

The hotel is well placed near the water and lots of nice restaurants. Our room was fine and had air conditioning, but the window was broken and the TV was very old. Breakfast was small but adequate. I missed Italian croissants, though; it was more of a German breakfast with bread and sliced cold meat.

The location is absolutely perfect, in a cozy part of Jesolo with good restaurants, bars, plenty of shops, and a great atmosphere day and night. The beach is only 100 meters away. The pool area isn't huge, but it's very nice. There's parking behind the hotel, and the bus to Punta Sabbioni and Venice leaves right by the back door. The hotel has a relaxed feel, and the staff are friendly and speak English and German very well.
