My sister and I came with three children, and we had a spacious ground-floor apartment with access to the beautiful garden, restaurant, and swimming pool. We had sunbeds at the beach and pool for free every day, and everything was clean and well organized. The restaurant food was delicious, congratulations to the chef! The staff were so hospitable and friendly. They helped with everything we needed and made us feel relaxed. We had a wonderful vacation here and will come back!

The staff made this stay so enjoyable. They kept checking that we had everything we needed, welcomed us warmly, and were simply amazing. I really liked the well-kept garden with its pine trees, and the outdoor garden bar, where the food was good. The private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is very close, parking is free, and breakfast was excellent with a large choice of dishes. We stayed for three nights, and the high price had set our expectations high. On arrival, everywhere near the hotel was full, and after check-in we were sent to the private hotel parking lot a few meters away. They should mention that on the website, since it could confuse people. Our room was very small. The bathroom floor was wet, it didn’t seem very clean, and it smelled strange. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned, and the cleaners also missed some of the room’s trash during their morning work.

The pool is okay, and the old pine trees make the garden a beautiful place to spend time. But the price-quality ratio is completely off. The hotel is much too expensive for what it offers. The food was the strangest part. We paid a lot for full board so the kids would have meals through the day. At first it looked promising, and some days were great, like when there was a selection of raw fish and seafood. But overall it was very standard, with no fresh juice, poor coffee, and nothing local, not even cheese. The kids’ menu was frozen, ultra-processed food. It also doesn’t feel family friendly: the basic, poorly maintained playground is beside a smoking lounge, and the kids’ pool is more like a jacuzzi for adults than somewhere children can have fun. The family apartment had two small rooms with basic, raw furnishings and very little space to store things or sit, with no chairs or table. The rooms are small, old, and poorly maintained; the air conditioning stinks, and there’s no sound insulation. You can hear every step and conversation, while people slam the uninsulated door to close it. Bathrooms are tiny, old, not renovated, and sometimes broken, like the tap in ours. The shower barely had room to turn around, and there was nowhere to keep basic cosmetics or even towels. The hotel itself is old and not properly managed, and its best days seem long gone. Most staff were very nice, but seemed to lack the basic training you’d expect from a place charging these prices. The owner, allegedly, seems more interested in entertaining himself than making sure the hotel manager does the job. In the garden lounge, glasses, cigarettes, and plates were left for hours after people had gone, and there was no information about offers like daily menu specials or help with luggage. I was carrying a baby and asked for an iron and ironing board, and reception told me I should take them to the room myself.
