Hotel Souvenir

Such a lovely place, and the staff were warm and friendly. Everything was top-notch, I’d highly recommend it!

The room was cleaned daily, and we got fresh towels every day. It was a little small, but nice and very clean; the walls are thin, so a lot of noise comes through. The bed wasn’t firm enough for us, and the pillow felt too hard and uncomfortable. We’d asked for an upper floor and a partial sea view when booking a month and a half before arrival, and they gave us what we requested. The view was also quite spacious and pleasant. Emails were always answered quickly. We only booked breakfast, served until 10.30. There was plenty for us, but it was the same every morning and got boring after a few days. The parking area is small for all the cars, though they manage it flexibly so everyone can fit. The beach is clean and the sunbeds are great. The night-shift man was helpful, friendly and direct, and the breakfast ladies were nice too. The woman at reception, whose name I don’t know, didn’t smile much. The monotonous breakfast and her manner are why I gave four stars.

The restaurant at the hotel was great too, highly recommended. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty to choose from, and the location is very convenient, directly on the beach. A big thank you to everyone, from reception and the breakfast team to the Portier, whose name I unfortunately forgot. They were all attentive, kind and helpful.

The staff were decent, polite and professional, and the breakfast was very good. This is a chic, clean hotel with nice balconies overlooking the sea, right by the shore in a central location. It has its own beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, and the WiFi was very good. Our group of 50 from EBOSTOUR fully appreciated the Souvenir Hotel. We’ll definitely return with great pleasure.
