The breakfast was a real highlight, with tasty fresh choices for different tastes, and everyone was warm and attentive. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and I loved the decor. Villa Serena is in a great spot for relaxing or exploring. Mirco, thank you for such a memorable stay. It’s a charming place with wonderful hospitality, and I’d happily recommend it.

The hotel itself was decent, but the way we were treated was awful. No one even greeted us at breakfast, and the owner was extremely rude, to put it politely. The worst experience we’ve ever had.

The place feels shabby and dated, with plain design and poor finishes. The owner was rude and couldn’t keep his temper under control. Maybe it’s time for him to retire, because he’s not suited to serving guests. I wouldn’t spend time or money here, there are better options for the price.

The staff were so impolite when my six-year-old needed the toilet. They wouldn’t let him use it. Very disappointing.

The bathrooms were packed and smelled awful. The woman with the tattoos was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place, and I won’t be back.
