Playa Dorada

We stayed here last year with my wife and daughter. At first, everything seemed great: the apartment was nice and clean, and Alfredo was a really great person. What spoiled it for us was Francesca. The way she treated customers was shameful; she laughed in front of you while you were speaking. I tried to speak very slowly because her English was terrible. I’ve stayed in a lot of luxury places and never had a receptionist who couldn’t speak English. If you book here, it’s better not to speak with her, and you’ll have a nice stay!!!🤮🤮🤮

The apartments have everything you could want for a dream holiday, with a pool, three jacuzzis, a beautiful garden, and friendly staff, including manager Francesca. The place is right on the beach on one side and by the city center on the other. It isn’t cheap, but it’s definitely worth it. I wish we could come back soon.

We were three, including our daughter, who was only a few months old, and the staff made us feel at home. Big thanks to Francesca, her mother, whose name we unfortunately don’t know, and everyone else for taking such good care of us. The staff were phenomenal and incredibly helpful. The residence is modern and brand new, the apartments are breathtaking, and so are the outdoor areas. Five stars really don’t seem like enough. Keep up the great work, you’re amazing!

The host was incredibly friendly and always willing to help, and the heated pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. We also had private sun loungers on the beach, plus convenient underground parking. The apartment was spacious, bright, and fully equipped with utensils and modern appliances. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, just like home, and daily cleaning with fresh towels made things even easier. Right on the beachfront, just a few steps from the water. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we’ll definitely return!
