It’s a comfortable place for a longer stay, and the grocery store is even closer than the beach. The apartment is nice and very near the beach, with a swimming pool beside the building. Each apartment gets one sunshade and two sunbeds, and there’s one parking spot per apartment under the building. The kitchen has all the accessories. There’s air conditioning in the living room, and the beds are comfortable if you’re under 185cm, since some are closed at the bottom. The bed sheets are one-time. A balcony with a view is limited availability, so you need to ask for one or be lucky when you get the keys. Cleaning isn’t handled by the building managers, just so you know.

Families with small children would probably enjoy it. The apartment is fully equipped and has a direct sea view, plus a dedicated parking spot and sunbed. It can get a little noisy, and the rules at the piscina are strict.

I’m puzzled by all the negative reviews. Our apartment was new and recently renovated, with a stunning view from the terrace facing the sea. The caretakers were very kind and were just trying to make sure the condominium rules were followed. We’ll definitely be back!

We booked through an agency by email and phone. They were very helpful with our questions, but only told us the pool would be closed this year after we’d given our details and been asked to pay. The notification email came about a day after the payment and information request. My group and I felt they should have told us about the closure as soon as we first asked about the apartment, before we booked. We stayed in Apartment 56 from June 2nd, early afternoon, until June 7th, morning, five friends. The price was €700, plus €1 per person per day for the stay, and a €200 security deposit that was returned at the end. Cleaning was €60, optional. It’s a nice, new apartment and you’re right by the beach as soon as you step outside. A beach umbrella is included. The bathroom and the bedroom with the bunk bed are both very small, so I wouldn’t suggest it for families or groups with anyone with limited mobility. Some furniture, like the refrigerator, was crookedly assembled. When we asked, they said the parts they’d ordered had arrived wrong, so the technician decided to put it together that way anyway. The furniture was dirty, and there was dust everywhere, especially on the floor, so the cleaning hadn’t been done properly. The balcony door only opened and closed normally. When we tried to open it just upward, it opened all the way. The bathroom light didn’t work when we arrived, and they sent a technician on the second-to-last day. The fire alarm also went off on our second day while we were cooking with the balcony door open for air. A neighbor came over worried and confirmed there was no fire or smoke. They fixed the alarm on the second-to-last day, at the same time as the bathroom light. There was only one hanger in the two closets, which obviously wasn’t enough for five people. We called the agency to ask for at least 14 more, at least three per person. The next day they brought seven. With the original one, that made eight, still fewer than two each. While we were heading to the beach, a woman I assume was a security guard stopped us about not leaving trash cans in the parking lot, since someone had done that. She showed us where to throw ours, which was useful. We thanked each other and wished each other a good day, and it was a pleasant exchange. The next day, our apartment lost power twice. When my friend went to ask how to fix it, the same woman brought up the trash again, but this time accusingly. I understand being warned once, but I don’t think it was fair to accuse us of something we hadn’t done, especially without proof.
