A large condo close to the beach, with a swimming pool. Restaurants and shops are nearby too.

The residence is excellent and in a strategic location. I’ve stayed here for several years, but the pools really need repairs. The small children’s pool is especially bad, with lots of loose tiles and many others sharp enough to cut like razor blades. I’d recommend it if you’re going to fix the pools. Parking is extremely difficult because there are so few spaces.

The apartment is cramped, and the bathroom has no window. The bed blocks a wardrobe door from opening, and there are no drawers for the linens, so they have to sit on top of the suitcases.

We had a sea view and a location that felt unique and beautiful at Zeta 59, but for us the problems outweighed that. The apartment felt far too small for five people, especially with three small children. The mattresses were awful, and the sofa bed couldn’t be used at all. The air conditioning was filthy. Parking wasn’t ideal either. If you arrive on a Saturday, you may have to pay extra and leave the car somewhere in the middle of nowhere. You need swimming caps for the pool, and the lady at "reception" wasn’t very friendly. Sadly, there’s no Wi-Fi in this building. We went home feeling unwell and wouldn’t book this apartment again.

The apartment is on the small side, but it has what you need, including a microwave and dishwasher. It’s a good fit if you have modest expectations. The location is excellent, right in central Jesolo on the beach, with everything you need nearby. At night you’re close to lively Piazza Milano, but still not too far from the more family-friendly area.
