I strongly recommend avoiding this property. I booked a studio for 7 nights, August 15th to 22nd, and the reservation confirmation included on-site parking. After a 4-hour flight and another hour by car, I arrived with my family expecting a straightforward check-in. Instead, the host refused the promised parking and sent me to a third-party lot 650 meters away. In the August heat, walking more than 10 minutes each way whenever we needed the car was unreasonable, especially with a baby. I tried to sort it out with Caterina, the receptionist, who seemed to be the only person running the hotel. The situation escalated, she became aggressive and evicted us, with our small child. It was an Italian national holiday, and nearby accommodation was impossible to find. We contacted over a dozen hotels, all full, then had to travel a long way and pay more than double the usual rate to get a room for the night. In my opinion, the room itself wasn’t worth the price. I’ve kept all the email correspondence confirming the reservation. We felt scammed by the woman operating the hotel. The whole experience showed no empathy, responsibility, or hospitality, and caused serious distress and disruption to our travel plans. The service was unacceptable.

The owners are super nice, and the price was reasonable. The location is hard to beat: it’s about a 15-second walk to the beach, with a bar right at the end of the path. Our first-floor balcony was very spacious. The rooms are clean, not huge, but big enough for sleeping, and the bathrooms look newly redone. I’d definitely stay here again. Parking is interesting, so bring a small car. The walls are paper-thin and you hear everything the neighbors do. We visited in October, the off season, so your experience may vary. I understand peak season can be more complicated. Space is tight throughout town and parking is an issue everywhere, not just here. In my opinion, the owners have done everything they can to make a stay go smoothly.

I’d stay again, but I’d book a top-floor room because I could hear the people above me very clearly. Both rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms had recently been redone. The hotel’s location was great, and the couple running it were kind and helpful.

Clean place, good parking, and a good breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.
