It’s clean and in a nice location, but the staff aren’t especially friendly. They empty the bins every day, but in our case the woman doing it took three pairs of our socks. Honestly, it’s funny, though we’d read other comments where they defended her by saying she’d worked there for years and of course hadn’t done it. Parking is free if you book through Booking or in person, but costs 10 euros a day if you book through an agency. Our agency emailed and was told parking was included in the price. When we arrived, they said it wasn’t. We showed them the email and got our money back, but they still said parking was paid and they didn’t know who had written that in the email. Breakfast is okay, and the restaurant staff are friendly.

The pool was great, and so were the staff and location. At breakfast I missed having something warm, like scrambled eggs.

The staff were the nicest I’ve ever met in Italy, and so helpful! The pool was clean and nice, with umbrellas and sunbeds. Great food and drinks, plus a corner for kids.

The service is wonderful, and the owner, Maurizio and Milica will do everything they can to make you comfortable. It’s in a quiet part of Lido di Jesolo, and the hotel is lovely. Rooms are very clean and roomy enough for a family, with a TV, internet, air conditioning, and a king-size bed. In summer there are free sunbeds on the beach, and the pool is free too. I’d recommend this place any time of year!
