Apartment C felt more like a cellar, with a very low bathroom and one air conditioner tucked in a corner that was practically useless. The shared garden was overgrown and seemed left to itself. At least parking was a possible bright spot, and the sea was fairly close, about 300 meters away. We were very disappointed. We arrived at 4:30 PM and the apartment was still being “cleaned,” but it was more like a fake clean. The sofa and armchairs were filthy, with crumbs and stains left by someone else. There was hair on the beds and the floors were dirty. The refrigerator needed defrosting and barely worked. There were mosquitoes everywhere and no screens. Otherwise, it was just adequate.

The photos on the website make the place look cleaned up, but they’re nothing like what it’s really like. This building is so run down that I’d have thought it was abandoned if I hadn’t known better. Our handover was at 4:00 PM, but the cleaning staff only showed up for a quick round 30 minutes beforehand. The ashtray was full and they didn’t seem to care, and there was rubbish in the grill. The property is fenced, but three households live there, so anyone expecting to let their dog run loose inside the grounds should know that.

A peaceful holiday spot surrounded by pine forest, with shops and a restaurant nearby. The apartment has everything you need, including air conditioning, a washing machine, TV, microwave, and outdoor seating for meals. The sea is only 300 meters away, a great place.
