B&B Terre D'Aveja

They made us feel completely at home, and the welcome was lovely. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and clean, and the place felt like a peaceful little haven. Breakfast was superb, with homemade cakes from Mr. Angelo and his sister. Their son was just as sweet and kind as his father. Everyone was thoughtful and helpful down to the smallest details. We’d highly recommend staying here.

I came across this B&B in the Lonely Planet Abruzzo guide, and it lived up to what I’d hoped for. Angelo and his son Damiano are a big part of the reason to make the trip. They’re genuine and welcoming, and always ready with directions or tips about the area.

The owners were so kind, attentive, and helpful during our trek. They pointed out what makes the area special and suggested the nearby necropolis. Most of all, they arranged for the church of Santa Maria ad Cryptas to be opened, which was a real medieval gem. We’re very grateful. We spent one night in this lovely, clean, spacious apartment, and the price was reasonable. Definitely recommend this B&B.

Angelo welcomed us like family, and the hospitality was superb. The room was lovely and spacious, while the bathroom was clean and well cared for. The B&B itself and everything around it were welcoming, tidy, and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. I would have enjoyed some homemade desserts, though I don’t know whether they make any. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
