There's plenty to do close by: a seafront restaurant, a supermarket, and boat rental are all within 300 metres. Leo Village is also an easy short walk from the Maddalena town centre, and you can park right outside the villas. The upper-floor apartments have lifts. Inside, the rooms are spacious, with tasteful Mediterranean-style custom-made wooden furniture and stylish interiors. The kitchens have excellent new equipment, and the apartments have big balconies and terraces facing the sea for warm evenings. Fantastic value for money, and worth every penny.

We were impressed by the panoramic view and how close the residence is to the centre. The staff were friendly and knew their stuff, and we plan to stay again. We visited at the end of July, and everything in this recently built place still felt new, from the interiors and furnishings to the amenities. There was a dishwasher, washing machine, and air conditioning. Highly recommended.

We had a really comfortable two weeks in the ground-floor apartment. It has two double bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, and two small gardens, one by the entrance and another at the back with an outdoor shower. Nothing to complain about, and I hope we can come back in the next few years. The owners told us they are expanding.

I only saw the residence from outside, but its entrance and parking lot looked quite run down. It didn't leave me with a good impression.

We're here right now, and it's a lovely place with brand-new, spacious apartments. Mrs. Anna owns it and is friendly and always available. We'll come back.
