Mansarda Monte Bianco

The only real snag was the shower, which was hard to control, but the apartment was clean, compact, and had what we needed. We stayed four days for skiing in La Thuile, and the spot worked really well: the slopes and nearby villages were easy to reach, and the owner's bar, mini market, and tobacco shop are right outside. Parking is close by, and the Mont Blanc view is splendid. Excellent value, recommended.

We could get onto the main road easily and were close to the highway exit, which made getting around quick. The top-floor apartment is airy and bright, with a remarkable view of Mont Blanc, and it can sleep up to four. It has a spacious bathroom and the useful appliances, including a washing machine and vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is small but has the basics for simple meals. There's no dishwasher, though we didn't mind, and the Wi-Fi worked despite being slow at times.

The attic was a great value, and the hosts were so helpful. It was spotless and welcoming, with towels and sheets supplied, a well-equipped kitchen, and reliable Wi-Fi. We were about ten minutes from the spa. For dinner, "La Trattoria da Beppe" is also around ten minutes away and worth considering. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a good stay, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I gave a low score because a few fixes could make a big difference: the mattress is low and sags in the middle, the toilet seat should be replaced, and the hood light didn't work. With the kitchen against a dim wall, cooking in the evening was difficult. I hope these suggestions are useful and help improve things.
