Our room was clean and lovely, with daily room service and breakfast included. The choice at breakfast was small, but there was plenty for a good meal. The host made us feel welcome, suggested places to visit and eat, and even got us a table at a restaurant. We also appreciated the free parking outside the accommodation and the pretty port view from this quiet spot not too far from town. My husband and I loved our stay, thank you for having us!

Emiliano and his wife were kind hosts, and the hillside courtyard was peaceful with a lovely view over La Spezia. The B&B itself is modern and very clean, with a simple Mediterranean breakfast and coffee included. We booked a triple room so my platonic friend and I could have two beds, but it came with one bed and a sofa. Service was available only for two hours at breakfast and from 5-7pm for check-in, so over our two days nobody made up the sofa bed. We could have booked a double instead and saved 30 euro. Emiliano Russo, thanks so much for everything. My girlfriend and I loved the hotel and recommend it to anyone planning a trip to La Spezia. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. When we got lost in the center, he came to pick us up even though we hadn’t asked. We really appreciated all his help.

The B&B is clean and modern, and the owner was warm and helpful, with good suggestions for places to eat and how best to see Cinque Terre. It’s a great place to stay in La Spezia, highly recommended.

The owner was wonderful, welcoming and friendly, and knew where to go for good food and places to visit. The place was clean and seemed quite new. A very pleasant stay, and a great base for a Cinque Terre trip.
