Carla serves breakfast with such a warm welcome and a lovely smile. Her energy really brightens the place. Silvia and Sara were also wonderful, so friendly and helpful, and I’m grateful for their help. The rooms are simple but good, and the cleanliness was excellent. I’d highly recommend staying here when visiting La Spezia.

Surrounded by nature in the upper part of La Spezia, the hotel is about 10 minutes from the city center. The rooms were clean and had everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it for a short break or a week-long vacation.

It’s outside the busy part of La Spezia, about a five-minute bus ride away. The rooms aren’t large, but they worked really well for a short visit. We felt very welcome because the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too, especially the cappuccino.

The rooms are small but have the essentials, plus a TV, fridge with drinks, wardrobe with an extra pillow and blanket, desk and chair, and even slippers. The bathroom is tight as well, and there was just one soap tablet. Everything was clean, and the large window helps the room feel complete. The building has an old-fashioned interior style that’s well maintained, though there was a slight damp smell. Breakfast was sufficient, and the staff were very kind and friendly. The reception team was welcoming and relaxed. There’s a large hotel car park across the road behind a gate. You can leave the car near the entrance where there’s space, but don’t expect to park immediately. Good value for money, as long as you’re not looking for luxury and every comfort.
