We chose it for visiting the Cinque Terre and it worked out really well. The location is exceptional: an easy walk to the train station or ferry, right in the city center among plenty of food and shopping options, but off the busiest street. I’d been a little concerned by noise in other reviews, but it wasn’t a problem, especially with the balcony door closed. The bed was comfortable, and the room felt cozy. Everything was super clean, including the whole floor, not just the room and bathroom. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. There’s also a fridge in a shared area, with a marked space for each room.

The rooms are great, but the owner was aggressive and unfriendly. Communication was terrible, and I was literally screamed at. I’m shocked that someone like this works in hospitality. My reservation on booking was canceled by the owner to avoid a bad review. Total shame.

Eduardo explained everything we needed to know at this cute apartment hotel in the center of La Spezia. It was very clean. There’s no breakfast, and there’s no elevator to the rooms.

The host was great. The room was clean and cozy, right among bars and restaurants, and both the ferry and train station are within walking distance. There’s free parking about 15 minutes away.
