8/10
The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the host responded very quickly. She'd left some drinks and snacks in the room, which we appreciated. The toilet was clean and had everything needed, even better equipped than the Mercure Bologna I had just stayed at, where there was no shower cap. It's not far from the train station, though the walk there isn't particularly nice. We liked our stay.

The price for what you get is great, and even some food and drinks are included for free. The rooms are simple but seemed clean and tidy. It's a good place to sleep while visiting cinque terre, with the la spezia station about a five-minute walk away. Trains to Cinque Terre run roughly every 30 minutes and take 5-15 minutes.

10/10
The room was very clean and nicely decorated, with free coffee and tea and a fridge. Giusi, the owner, and Oxana, her assistant, were friendly. It's well placed near the station and centre, though parking nearby is a bit difficult and the private parking costs extra. There were a few small bathroom issues with the toilet lid, wash basin tap and shower hose, but they should be easy to fix.

There was no hot water on the second night of my stay. I had a horrible experience at this B&B and would avoid it.

The apartment was cosy and in a great location. The host was considerate and very helpful.
