Mr. Luciano was helpful and friendly, took great care to welcome us and shared valuable advice. The apartment is well maintained and has a garage, plus all the comforts we needed, including air conditioning, a washer-dryer, microwave and coffee machine. It’s in central La Spezia, convenient for the port and city centre, and a 15-minute walk from the train station. I highly recommend it.

Everything was comfortable, even the tumble dryer, and there’s a garage too. The apartment is clean, cared for, and set in an elegant building right in the city center. It was my first visit, just a quick trip to La Spezia, and the location made it easy to reach the ferries to Cinque Terre and the station. I’d definitely recommend it.

Luciano was a big part of what made us feel at home. He’s helpful, a bit unpredictable, and friendly enough to put you at ease right away. I drove in and left the car in the garage until we checked out. The apartment is tucked away from the city noise but sits right in the center, with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Restaurants, bars, markets, the station, and the ferry pier for the coastal villages are only a few minutes away. Such a charming little place!

The location works really well as a base for exploring the area. The apartment has a garage and sits in a quiet residential neighborhood, in an elegant Art Nouveau building in central La Spezia. The Morin seafront is just steps away, with ferries for Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, and Palmaria Island. The historic center’s ZTL is close too.
