Getting in was easy: the self check-in instructions came over WhatsApp and clearly explained each step, including where to find the entrance. The place is right in the city centre, close to restaurants and shops, about 10 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the sea. It's spacious and very clean, and despite being so central, you can barely hear the outside noise. I highly recommend it!
Terrible smell in the room and awful service. I wouldn't recommend it.
Our duplex suite had loads of space by European standards. It was set over two floors: downstairs had a living area, sofa bed and full bathroom, while upstairs had a large bed, a bathtub and another full bathroom. It worked perfectly for a family with adult sons.
A convenient place in La Spezia, with modern, spacious rooms and all the comforts. Restaurants and shops are close by.
You'll be left waiting on the street with your luggage for ages before anyone lets you into your room. Add the sewage smell and terrible customer service, and I wouldn't stay here.
