The apartment had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The balcony view was amazing, and the nearest ski lift was about a 15-minute drive away. The hosts were very kind.

The host was lovely and always ready with help or suggestions, in person or by phone. We stayed in early autumn and really enjoyed the spacious, well-designed apartment, with its wooden verandas on two sides looking out over pine-covered hills and mountain peaks. It’s in a quiet little hamlet, but Badia is about 20 minutes away by car for shopping. We cooked several meals in the small kitchen, went walking in the mountains near Badia and Corvara, and drove farther afield to see the old part of Brunico and Lago di Braies. We also walked from the car park at Pedarü up to the refuge for lunch. A great place to stay.

The rooms are spacious, with plenty of useful extras like a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Everything is incredibly well maintained.

Peaceful, relaxing and with magnificent views from a big wraparound terrace. The apartment is beautiful and new, and well placed for excursions in Alta Badia. Dogs are welcome, and the owner is helpful and courteous. I’d happily come back.

Elena and Marco were so kind and ready to help whenever something came up. Ciasa Mael made a lovely base for our holiday in Val Badia, with local attractions close by. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and fully equipped, and worked well for our trip. Highly recommended for a short or longer stay.
