The Chalet itself is stunning, and it's so pretty once you're up there. Getting to this gorgeous place is really hard, though. The roads are steep and winding, and if you're not used to driving that kind of road, it can be tricky. There's no room to pass another vehicle, so you may need to back up.

The house is wonderful and the view is amazing, though getting there is tough.

The view from almost the top of the mountain is breathtaking, and the building is brand new, with spotless bedding, equipment and furniture. The interior has a European style, and I'd highly recommend staying here for at least a week. Just be aware that the drive isn't easy and the road is a bit rough. Also, Google Maps doesn't take you to the right spot if you look up the address. Search for "Ciampei" on Google Maps instead.

Looking for peace, relaxation and meditation, we found a bit of magic here. The chalet is beautifully cared for, and its spa and outdoor hot tub make you feel like a prince. It would suit families or a group of friends really well.
