We slept well overall, and it’s a great location with a good breakfast. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close and squeaked badly. We had two single beds, and the room felt too cramped.

The reception team were incredibly helpful, and the services provided, including the ski deposit and car garage, were high quality and guest-friendly. Being close to the ski gondolas is a major plus. Dinner had very good choices, and the restaurant service overall was excellent. The breakfast buffet was rather basic and could use some improvement. I really recommend it!

The ski room, swimming pool, and spa were amazing, and it was easy to get around from this hotel close to the slopes. The staff were super friendly and accommodated all our requests and needs. Amazing hotel in an amazing town. We’ll definitely return next year.

We paid €600 for one night and put four guys in one room. What a rip-off, worst hotel. The spa 🧖♀️ closes at 7pm, so you have to choose between skiing and the spa. Doing both is nearly impossible. Being close to the ski area is about all you should expect. Do yourself a favor and don’t book there.

I only went to the restaurant for dinner, and it was amazing. The service was friendly and great. Recommended. It cost €50 per person without drinks.
