Alagundis Apartment Residence

From the hillside among the vineyards, the views across the valley and mountains are fantastic. It's quiet, zen, and just right for unwinding, with lovely hosts and spotless rooms. There are great walks and hiking trails only a two-minute stroll away, while restaurants, amenities, and other things to do are a quick five-minute drive. I couldn't recommend it more.

We've stayed here four times now, and it's been wonderful every time. The owners are welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, and the apartments are modern, stylish, and cleaned regularly, with a thorough clean once a week. The vineyard and apple orchard setting is lovely, with balconies looking toward Merano and Bolzano, plus loungers, a table, and chairs. The garden and pool are great, though dogs can't go into the pool area. The house is otherwise very dog-friendly, with a spare sofa blanket and food and water bowls. There's an underground parking space for each apartment, a lift to every floor, and bike storage in the basement. The kitchen has what you need for breakfast or lunch, including salt, pepper, sugar, matches, and tea lights.

The entire complex is kept in great shape, inside and out, and we have never had a reason to complain. The apartments are bright, spacious, modern, and comfortable, with cleanliness that is simply perfect. There are two underground garages with very large spaces, so vehicles are parked safely and under cover. A lift takes you from there to the rooms. Thanks to the Schrötter family and their team, we always feel warmly welcomed. We happily return to Alagundis in Algund every year.

The Schrötter family are genuinely friendly and try to make each guest's wishes work. The pool and outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained, with lots of care in the details. Inside, the roomy apartments are modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with every comfort. Residence Apartment Alagundis in Algund has become a regular part of our South Tyrol trips, and it's always a pleasure to return. It's outstanding, and it'd be very hard to find anything remotely similar. Thank you, the Schrötter family!
