Breakfast was included in the very reasonable rate, and it was excellent. The buffet had plenty of choice, with cold cuts, cereal, fresh fruit, and fresh buns. Lilliana, the superb hostess, brought the hot drinks and scrambled eggs. The Garni sits up the hill above Lagundo rather than in the town center, but there is plenty of free parking and a frequent bus goes right by the door. My single room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a very large balcony. The bathroom was modern and clean too, so I was impressed. It's a little gem and a comfortable, relaxing base for exploring an area with activities for everyone. Just keep in mind it's not a full-service hotel: there's no staffed reception all day, and arrival keys are left in a locked box.

Lagundo is a lovely place to slow down and rest, and the hotel is comfortable with a kind owner. The rooms have a typical, simple feel, but they're really nice. For this quality, the price is great.
