Garni Zilli

We stayed for three nights at the end of August and had a wonderful time. The location is a real advantage for a hiking trip, just a short distance from Ortisei and with excellent public transport. We got to Seceda, Alpe di Siusi, and Sasso Lungo without any trouble. Our room was immaculate, cozy, and carefully kept, with a small terrace looking out over the valley. The host was welcoming and knew the area well, and offered useful advice. Thanks for making us feel at home. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The owner really knows the routes and carefully helped us plan each day's travel and hikes. We spent a week at this B&B, just a short walk from Ortisei and surrounded by Dolomite scenery, and the owners were welcoming and kind from the start. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a huge balcony and a lovely view. Breakfast was plentiful, and I recommend the international option. Every other day, the lady baked us a cake. I'd gladly come back.

We hope we can return to Garni Zilli. It's in a welcoming little village, with lovely views and a location that works well for everything. Toni, the owner, was so kind and helped us however he could. When we got back in the late afternoon, he'd greet us and suggest routes for the following day if we wanted. He also provides free public transport cards for guests without a car, or anyone who'd rather not drive. We spent a week there and highly recommend it.

The apartment suited our family of three, with a nice view in a peaceful setting near the bus stop for Ortisei. The kitchen could use a microwave, toaster or sandwich press, and a small knife. The bedroom carpet could also be removed to make the space more comfortable for people with allergies.
