The meals were the highlight for me. I don't usually eat at a hotel unless I have to, but the daily set dinner menu here beat most restaurants in Ortesei. Breakfast took the usual items up a notch and was delicious, too. They even thoughtfully prepared chocolates, sparkling wine, and a cake for our friend's birthday. We were welcomed by everyone, including the cat (Mi Mi), and check-in was efficient. Parking was close by. The owners were friendly, the hotel and room were beautiful, and our room was clean and spacious. We could watch lovely sunrises and sunsets from it. This family-run hotel was the highlight of our Dolomites stay, and we'll definitely return.

We've been here for a week, and I've been so happy with our stay. The staff are attentive and welcoming, and they really make you feel at home. Breakfast and dinner have lots of delicious choices each day. Our room is comfortable and always spotless. I'd happily return and highly recommend the hotel.

For value, this hotel was probably the best of the places we stayed in Italy, even though we liked a few others more. The price makes a good hotel feel like a very good deal. The pool isn't large, but it's lovely, and our kids had a great time there. Restaurant staff were friendly, and dinner changed each day with enough variety for everyone to find something they liked, though not every dish suited our tastes. The welcome was warm, too. At check-in they offered us drinks and snacks while copying our passports. The downsides were the heat in our room and flies in the salad area at both breakfast and dinner. Opening the window brought in road noise and more flies, which was disappointing. We were especially impressed by the staff and the pool, and would consider returning in cooler weather.

We had great access to trails straight from the hotel, and the food was inexpensive, tasty, and nutritious. The service was amazing and they were very accommodating. I'd love to stay longer next time.
