The heated rooftop pool is a dream, and the sauna infusions were a highlight. There's no ice bath in the spa itself, but the family pool on the fifth floor isn't heated, so that could work if you want a cold dip after the sauna. The buffet has lots of variety. For coffee lovers, there's a good Italian lever machine that costs extra, even with half board, while the breakfast includes a full automatic machine. Its coffee is acceptable. The rooms are clean and have quality furniture, and the bathrooms are nice too. Dinner portions are fairly small, though you can fill up at the buffet with unlimited carpaccio, pizza and soup. You get what you expect here, and in my case my expectations were exceeded.

The hotel's location by the main road isn't anything special, but it has what you need to feel great, and it's excellent value for money. We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, yet this one really stood out. It's modern, stylish and clean, with very comfortable beds, friendly staff, a great breakfast, fitness facilities and a spa. Ideal for families, and highly recommended!

A very comfortable hotel with plenty to do: a rooftop pool, saunas, jacuzzi and more. The breakfasts were delicious, and the pizza was good too. It's not too far from the ski centers.

A beautiful hotel, the best in the area, with an amazing spa, rooftop pool and bar. The staff were lovely. Mr. Milan was especially friendly and helpful, as were the young man at reception and everyone else. I'll definitely come back. I wouldn't recommend half board, though. Dinner was disappointing, and fortunately we only tried it once.

The hotel layout is a bit of a maze. It was built in stages, and even with the signs you can sometimes get lost 😊. Apart from that, this is a phenomenal place for individuals, families and especially couples looking for comfort and relaxation. The wellness area is a perfect place to spend time. Make sure you go up to the roof: the sunrises and sunsets over the mountains, with the city below and an empty pool, are impossible to capture in photos. It's so peaceful up there. Breakfast is phenomenal too, the kind of thing that puts a smile on your face as you leave and gets you thinking about when you can return.
