The apartment has been freshly refurbished, and check-in was easy to do ourselves. There’s plenty of street parking right outside.

A new place, run really well and kept very clean. The owners are lovely, welcoming, and so sweet. For what the property and its services offer, it’s excellent value. You can tell these people care about what they’re doing and put real love and passion into the business. Highly recommended!

The owners were wonderful and welcoming, and the apartment was super clean. They even left spare towels. I’m giving four stars because there wasn’t a full-length mirror for getting dressed or doing makeup, just the bathroom mirror, and the mattress was a little uncomfortable. The location is good, though, and the owner’s brother has a restaurant where the food is excellent. I absolutely recommend it.

The owners are really kind and friendly, and the property is new, modern, spacious, and peaceful. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, with good furnishings and equipment. Definitely a great choice in Lamezia Terme. Recommended!

I came up from Sicily and stayed here for the first time. The place is welcoming, modern, and new, with private parking, and it was spotlessly clean. I’d highly recommend it if you’re in the area.
