The pool staff were really rude. My wife, daughter, and I stopped by one afternoon for drinks and a snack, but as soon as we'd got our drinks, we were told we had to leave within 20 minutes. The drinks were overpriced too. Stay away and go somewhere else.

The services were spot on, and the employees were so kind. Beautiful place and a good location too.

The sunset from the terrace was beautiful, and the pool and garden stayed clean and wonderfully quiet. Our room was roomy and spotless, in one of those little traditional Lampedusa houses, dammusos, and they changed the linens every morning without us even needing to ask. Breakfast had plenty of choice, both sweet and savory. We were only there for 4 nights, but the island really surprised us and this turned out to be a lovely, restful break. One hiccup: when we landed, we learned there was no phone service or internet on the island because of technical problems. The resort had new satellite technology, though, and we had no trouble connecting. It seemed to be the only place, or at least one of very few, that did. We used the transfer service. Mr. Giuseppe was kind and on time, and shared a bit about the island on the short drive from the airport. The location was handy too, just a few minutes by car from beaches all over the island and the town center. Friendly staff, reception open around the clock, and car rental on site at competitive prices. A great place for unwinding.
