My partner and I were there from August 16th to 23rd, 2025, on a holiday booked through an agency. We'd reserved a superior room with a sea view at a 3-star hotel, but what we found was very different. The room looked out onto what seemed like a landfill, with no sea view at all. The photos attached show why we felt the advertised view was a complete mockery. Hot water was only available if we got back before 5:00 PM. After that it ran out, which made a hot shower impossible. That's unacceptable for a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was nearly nonexistent, with very few choices, questionable quality, and no attention to service. Instead of a relaxing break, the trip was a huge disappointment. The promised services weren't provided, standards were extremely low for the hotel's category, and customer service was completely absent. I hope this helps other travelers make a more informed choice. I wouldn't recommend the property or the organization that provided it.

Romina and her staff were warm and always ready to help. My room was spacious and kept meticulously clean, with air conditioning and a large terrace overlooking the harbor. The hotel is in a very central, convenient part of Lampedusa. Another highlight was the wonderful boat trip her son Lorenzo arranged. It really is an experience not to miss!

We paid almost €400 for two days, and it was nowhere near worth it. The room smelled awful and the door wouldn't lock. We asked for help, but the problem wasn't fixed. Afterward, money was missing, including pictures worth €2,000. Don't be taken in by the location or the supposed sea view. It's a port, and you can't even see it.

The boat trip with Lorenzo was a highlight, especially the delicious food cooked right on board. They even found a great option for us since we don't eat fish. Romina's caponata deserves a special mention too. Back at the hotel, the family feel came through in the welcoming, smiling staff, and Romina was a wonderful host, always ready to help us choose a beach. Our room was spacious and very clean, with air conditioning, a small balcony, and a roomy shower. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. The hotel is right in the city center. I hope to see you again next summer!

The staff were always available to answer our questions, and Romina deserves a special mention. Breakfast had a good range of options. The hotel was very clean and right in the center of Lampedusa. I had a spacious room with a stunning view of the New Port. Highly recommended!
