The property is close to everything, bars, restaurants, and the sea. Francesca, the owner, was happy to help with every request. Cleanliness and kindness both get 10+, and if I could give them more, I would. Breakfast could suit any need, and the scooters were ready outside the Villa. At last, a holiday with a capital H. We'll definitely return soon, and I'll recommend this place to anyone who asks. Thanks for everything, Francesca, and thanks to your husband Domenico too. Francesca welcomed us and gave us helpful advice for making the most of our stay. Villa Mattia felt like a home away from home for our lovely weekend in Lampedusa. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was plentiful with plenty of variety. Transfers and scooter rentals were handled perfectly, and the umbrella was a lifesaver on our trip to Rabbit Island. Highly recommended.

Francesca is a wonderful hostess, warm and friendly, and always ready to help with what guests need. The breakfast was excellent and generous, with both sweet and savory options, including traditional local products. The property itself is simple and clean, in a quiet area. You'll need a scooter or another vehicle provided by the host to get around. Highly recommended.

Andrea and Francesca were so friendly and always ready to meet our needs. On our last day, since no one else was booked for our room, they let us check out much later so we could have a hot shower before our flight. The croissants at breakfast were exceptional, and the kitchen and patio were always available. Towels were changed and the cleaning was top-notch. The service felt like a 4-star hotel. Villa Mattia sits just above the new port, a handy base for exploring the island without the crowds on Via Roma. It's a B&B in a strategic spot, and we'll definitely return to Lampedusa and Villa Mattia.

For a peaceful holiday, Villa Mattia is a great choice. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is excellent, and both the port and beaches are just a few minutes away. We had a wonderful time here. Thanks to Francesca and Serena. Recommended.
