We stayed for a couple of nights while driving around Italy. The rooms were roomy and spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which mattered in the summer. It's a quiet, convenient base for visiting the beautiful Costa dei Trabocchi. The owner was attentive and very kind, and made a different selection of fresh cakes for breakfast each morning. One tip if you're coming off the highway: Google Maps may send you down an uncomfortable shortcut. Keep going toward Lanciano, then take the SS84. It's a smoother, easier drive. A peaceful, authentic place to stay in Abruzzo.

We had a perfect vacation, and the family Trivilini were a big part of that. They were so friendly, the rooms were clean, and the view was beautiful. For breakfast, you can choose sweet or savory Italian options, and dinner is available there too. I highly recommend eating there as well as staying.
