Everything was clean and comfortable in this beautiful, modern property. Alessandro, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful, and let the two of us use all the rooms in the apartment. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend it.

It's in a fantastic spot near the center, and the apartment is fully equipped and comfortable. The mattresses were comfortable, and there was both air conditioning and a fan. The bathroom was completely new and everything was very clean. Breakfast was generous, with an espresso machine. The owner was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended.

A friend and I spent three days at this B&B and had a great time. It's a completely new property, with clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were welcoming and always available, and breakfast was generous. We'll definitely be back.

The historic center of Lanciano is nearby, yet the apartment itself is in a quiet, peaceful spot. It was clean and comfortable, and getting there from the highway exit was convenient. The owner was kind and helpful, and the included breakfast was more than satisfactory.

My friends, this is such a welcoming place. I loved the vintage music touches, from the reel-to-reel tape recorder and stereo to the Pino Daniele cassettes, vinyl, and books. There was also a tube amplifier and a row of '70s light bulbs. The host was extremely kind.
