Albergo Sangrilà

I only came in for dinner, not to stay at the hotel. The fish and vegetables were excellent, and the pizza was the best I've ever had. Amazing food and a great experience.

The location made getting around easy. There’s a supermarket across the road, and a five-minute walk takes you to the historic centre, shops, river and train station. We took the train to Torino for the day. Afterward, we could have a drink on the terrace at the bar, and the lively restaurant downstairs had tasty pizza, pasta and grilled vegetables, with vegan options including vegan mozzarella. The bread was so good it deserves its own mention. They even had soya milk for our tea and breakfast, which was a nice touch. We stayed for a week in February. Our room was quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated and very clean, with a TV, Wi-Fi and private bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, with the “good craic” we’d say in Ireland. I’d recommend the hotel and restaurant for a relaxing stay, good food and a pleasant atmosphere.

The restaurant gives the place a lively feel. We stopped for one night and found the people friendly and the service very good.

The room was comfortable, though getting to the floor without a lift was a drawback. Dinner, on the other hand, was very good.
