Hotel Castelmartini

We stayed five nights after booking based on the 4.4-star rating, without realizing those reviews were from five or six years ago. We had a triple room, so it was spacious, which was the only real plus. Breakfast was poor, and the food quality was awful. The same food was served all five days. The two cakes stayed there too, with a small slice missing each day, so we couldn’t tell how long they’d already been out. The bread was stale, and the cut fruit in syrup had fermented. I can’t understand how they serve this to customers. One morning the eggs had run out, and when we asked for more, they just said there weren’t any. We stuck to cereal and eggs when available because those seemed like the only safe options. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean, and breakfast was tasty and really nice. The hotel staff were polite, kind, helpful, and there whenever we needed something. Definitely recommended!

Breakfast was the highlight for me, with fresh fruit and juice, lovely breads, and sliced meats. The rooms were comfortable and nicely designed, and the service was wonderful, attentive, and kind. I’d stay here again.

It was quiet, fairly comfortable, and had very nice staff, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and private parking in a garage. As a motel, it’s a good one. The rooms are small and really just for an overnight stay, while the restaurant seems to aim high but serves food below Italian standards at prices that don’t match. Breakfast was forgettable too. It’s in an industrial park, with nothing around, and I imagine there are lots of trucks on weekdays. The weekend was very quiet. I found it expensive for what it offers. As a cheaper motel with a sandwich, panini, and beer bar, I’d give it 4+ stars.
