Albergo Stella

The staff were very friendly and it does seem like a family-run place, but the hotel feels stuck in the past. The rooms are old-fashioned and badly need modernizing. Breakfast was dull, and the food was much the same every day. The pool area was nice, though. There’s a spa nearby, and the hotel seemed mostly geared toward older Italian guests in a very small town, so it may suit you if you’re looking for a quiet stay. I couldn’t find a price list. I also wasn’t comfortable with the room key setup: the keys hung on an open wall in the corridor by reception, without security monitoring. Best regards from hotel guests from Finland.

The staff were welcoming, and the place has the feel of an old Italian albergo or pensione, with modern facilities. Breakfast was a small buffet, but there was enough to eat. The pool area was good too. I’d recommend staying here.

The internet was surprisingly fast for somewhere so far out in the countryside. I liked the garden and pool, and the food was decent. The TV was a little small, though I didn’t really use it since I don’t speak Italian.

The real Italian coffee at breakfast was lovely. It’s a charming hotel with an old-fashioned style, and I really liked it.
