La Chiocciola Rosa

For what I paid, I was very disappointed. In my opinion, the place feels more like a guesthouse than a high-quality B&B, and the prices are far too high for what's offered. I've stayed at many B&Bs, and this was the worst for me. I'd choose a proper hotel or another B&B instead. The property is centrally located, though not very central. Mr. Renato was kind, friendly, and helpful. My private room was another matter: the sleeping area was cramped, cold, damp, and very small, with very old furnishings that I think should be replaced. The air conditioning was old and noisy, and I think it needs servicing and new filters. There was no bidet, which I consider essential. The bathroom door wouldn't close for privacy, and there was no window, only an old, very noisy extractor fan. Hot water took several minutes to come through, which wasn't the problem, but the shower flow was weak, probably because of limescale or an old system. I think that needs replacing too. The room had one window and no balcony, and its frame was defective. I found the paid parking absurd given the price. At least they didn't charge me for the air I breathed. Breakfast was very poor, and there was no mini-kitchen.

The owner is generous and caring, always ready to help guests, and the staff at Tribeca bar, just across the street, are very friendly too. That's where breakfast is served. La Chiocciola Rosa is spacious, comfortable, and well placed for reaching all the amenities. If you're in Lazio, especially Latina, give La Chiocciola Rosa a visit. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I was completely satisfied. The room had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and TV, and the owner was extremely helpful and kind. This is a really good B&B in a convenient area, with everything you need close by.

Mr. Renato's warmth and helpfulness meant a lot to me. He's a kindhearted man who makes you feel at home. The room was clean and cozy, just a few steps from the center of Latina.
