The room looked cute, but it wasn't practical for a trip. There were ornaments everywhere and hardly any storage, the wardrobe was tiny, and the walls were thin. The pool was the biggest letdown. It was more like a large paddling pool, full of wasps, dead bugs, and leaves, so we couldn't even see the bottom. We had booked Naturin mainly to relax by the pool, and only found the late-June opening date buried at the very bottom of the Booking.com small print. That should have been in the property description. I was surprised the owner didn't mention it when I said a few days beforehand that we planned to swim. The owners later claimed they'd asked whether we wanted the filter changed and that we'd agreed, but that isn't what happened. They said, “we're going to EMPTY the pool,” and we answered, “no please, we're going to use it.” We didn't yet know how disgusting it was. A couple of days before arrival, the hosts asked us to check in two hours later because of childcare. We politely said no, since we wanted to use the pool, but they kept insisting. I suggested they leave the key somewhere safe, which didn't seem to suit them either. Their reply was abrupt, unlike the friendly messages and smiley faces before that. Our holiday can't revolve around their childcare. If they can't manage both parenting and the business, they should get a hotel manager. They also falsely told Booking.com that we arrived late. We got there before our estimated time. There were cobwebs all over, a dirty soap holder, stained sheets, mould in at least two breakfast jam jars, dog poo in the garden, and mouldy outdoor chairs. I have pictures on Booking.com. The hosts weren't at breakfast, and it's their job to make sure the food is safe and the place is clean, not ours to chase them down. They blamed the garden mess on us, but I can say with complete certainty it wasn't our dog. He's disabled, so we have to stimulate him to go or he uses his nappy. The dog poo in the garden was unhygienic and could be dangerous for children or other animals running around. There are good things here. The hosts are warm and gave us places to eat and visit. Dogs stay at no extra charge, there was a dog bed in our room, and their own dog is lovely and friendly. The farmhouse is beautiful, the gardens have a wide range of agriculture, and the incense in the room smelled lovely. This place has so much potential, but it fell far short of what we expected. When we checked out, we told the lady host we'd be leaving in a few minutes. She didn't wait for us to return the key or ask how the stay had gone. We saw her heading off across a field as we got into the car. Had she waited, she could have heard this from us in person instead of reading it here. I'm also very disappointed that the owners won't take responsibility for the bad weekend we had and have tried to lie about it. Response to the owners: your immature and untruthful response, again, tells potential guests everything they need to know about your character and the way you operate.

Chiara and Christian really make you feel at home. The rooms each have their own style, with a different country as the inspiration. I also appreciate their values, and loved having fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden. I'll be back!

Such a quiet, out-of-the-way spot, with rooms decorated around lovely themes. I've never had hosts who were more welcoming.

At B&B Naturin, we felt like part of a family. Everyone mattered, people and animals alike, each with their own needs. The care and respect we saw in the way they all lived together left us feeling that maybe the world isn't as bad as we think. Chiara, Christian, and Gaia welcomed us warmly, more like friends than guests, and kept making us feel that way throughout our stay. Christian and Gaia let us wander in the woods and meet the garden animals. Chiara also took a few minutes to introduce them to us herself. When she and I went in to see Adelina, the sheep came over for cuddles, showing the trust the animals have in Chiara and Christian. We were surrounded by nature during our stay, and each morning there was a homemade vegan breakfast waiting: coffee, a plant-based drink, vegan cake, plant-based yogurt, and fruit. I hope more places like this open. We'll definitely return to visit this beautiful family, whose love and respect for nature, animals, and people come first.

The breakfast was excellent, and we hope to come back soon. It's a beautiful, peaceful place surrounded by nature, where we relaxed in the garden and enjoyed the scenery. The owners' passion and expertise have made it feel like a home where everyone is welcome, and we recommend it for children and adults alike. They took us to meet all the animals on the farm, who are part of the big Naturin family.
