4/10
The room had a hard, uncomfortable mattress and very noisy air conditioning. Breakfast was an extra charge, as were towels for the pool, and those towels were worn. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, but the quality was poor and the coffee was instant. We chose the hotel for free parking and its good Booking.com and Google Maps reviews, but were disappointed when we arrived. The rooms and shared areas both look dated and need updating.

A great base for exploring the southern part of Lake Garda. The pool was nice, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was tasty. It also felt cozy and comfortable, with friendly service.

The room smelled awful, and the staff were really unfriendly.

This was our second holiday here, and we were welcomed with so much kindness. The rooms are clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. We also loved the outdoor area and the underground parking, and it’s an easy walk to the beach, bars, and shops. The only downside for us was that the pool closes at 7 pm.

We spent three days at this hotel. It was clean, though the rooms are a little dated. The main disappointment was being charged 10 euros for a very ordinary breakfast. Everything was automated, from the coffee and cappuccino to the croissants. They were frozen and not even warm, despite being kept in a container that should have at least kept them lukewarm. The staff also weren't very warm or engaging.
