The location worked well for a few days, but the place felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. There's no hotel atmosphere or contact with the owners, and the restaurant isn't part of the suite. Its food was very good, though you need a reservation or you can't eat there. We had the De Luxe Junior Suite, which was really a larger room with a breakfast table, an armchair, a big bathroom with a shower, and a small balcony. Breakfast came to the room in a basket each morning, but it was the same every day: salami, cheese, ham, two croissants, four small rolls, some jam, fruit juice, and a cup of coffee and tea. I'd have breakfast somewhere else. Getting to the room meant climbing a steep staircase with our suitcases, so it wouldn't suit anyone with walking difficulties. Parking was 550 meters away on foot, through the very crowded center.

The people here were friendly and accommodating, and when we came with our baby they provided a bed. The area has a lovely atmosphere, especially early in the morning and in the evening. For the view alone, this may be one of the best spots in Lazise. You can see both the harbor and the lake.

The owners were very kind and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean in a central location. The bathroom has no window. Also, the curtains don't keep out the morning light, so it floods the room at first light and wakes you up. Breakfast was the main letdown. It's served at a nearby café that is always crowded, and sometimes we struggled to find a table. The same cappuccino, croissant, and fruit juice every morning for five days wasn't ideal. I'd rather pay €5 less for the room and have breakfast excluded. Served this way, breakfast isn't really a plus.

Breakfast came right to the room, and the service was excellent. The restaurant is in the same building. The room was huge, spacious, and comfortable, in a brilliant spot right by Lake Garda. A fantastic hotel, and I'd gladly stay again! 👍💯
