Residenza Via Rocca Tre

I'm very disappointed and angry about how this was handled. I contacted Georgia directly to rent the same apartment we'd stayed in before, and made it clear I wanted that exact apartment, not a room. She booked me a basic room without clearly telling me. I only spotted the problem the day before arrival, then asked for the €100 I'd paid to be refunded. At first she acknowledged the mistake and promised to return the money, but since then she's gone silent and blocked my WhatsApp messages. The language barrier doesn't explain this, as my request was simple and clear. She could have declined the refund from the start, but instead I feel she misled me and wasted my time. This behavior was dishonest and unacceptable. I strongly advise against trusting her.
