We arrived in mid-August to find there was no room for us, even though my father-in-law had arranged one months earlier after speaking with the owner's mother. She said she'd pass the booking to her son and call if there was a problem. The owner claimed a message had been sent to say the room wasn't available, but it wasn't clear who had sent it. When we asked to see it, we were shown the door and rudely chased away. Booking mistakes happen, but this was no way to handle one. They also never answer the phone, and there are no booking platforms. Access by car is difficult and parking is a problem, so I strongly advise against coming by car. I can't give zero stars, but that's what they deserve for leaving a guest without a place to stay in the middle of August.

Vincenzo made our two-week stay especially enjoyable. He was professional, welcoming, suggested places to visit and eat, and treated us to delicious breakfasts. Our room was modern and always spotless, with plenty of space, a well-equipped bathroom, and an extra-large shower. The balcony looked out over the sea, a lovely spot to watch the sunset in the evenings. The property is right by the beach, with a beautiful view and such quiet nights that all we could hear was the sea. Thanks, Vincenzo, see you next time! Giulia & Matteo

The owner was friendly and polite. The seafront rooms are roomy and comfortable, with modern new furniture and a large bathroom featuring an extra-large shower. Everything was meticulously clean, and there’s air conditioning. Highly recommended.

There wasn't even a place to hang a bathrobe, and there were no hangers in the bathroom or anywhere else. The wardrobe was tiny and had no shelves, with just one chair and two bedside tables without drawers. There were very few accessories. No breakfast was included; he asked what we'd like, but wasn't sure he could get it.

Vincenzo was really helpful with everything, and such a fantastic, kind person. He also paid close attention to cleanliness. We had a great stay and hope to come back.
