For August, this was good value, especially if you aren't expecting too much. The room was clean and nice, though there was room for improvement, and we were missing face towels. We were also offered the option to leave our car at the gate.

The house was cleaned every day and always smelled fresh. It was excellent value for money, particularly for the location and how close it is to the sea. Mr. Mattia's hospitality made the stay feel almost like home, and his welcome and professionalism really stood out. Thanks for everything, Mattia. We'll definitely come back next year. See you soon!

The room was clean enough, but one pillow was so hard that I couldn't sleep on it. Tap water tasted salty, and the room was very hot, with only a noisy fan to cool it. There's no breakfast, just room service. The prices are extremely high for the service provided.

Mattia was very helpful, and I appreciated finding a bottle of water in the room. The tap water is undrinkable and even leaves a bad taste when brushing your teeth. Beyond that, the dirty, moldy fridge and less than great housekeeping need attention. There was no shampoo or shower gel either. With more care and a few extra amenities, this could be much better. For a room-only stay, the price is too high. Needs improvement.
