The water isn’t crystal clear, and the sand makes the sea look a little dirty, though the sea itself is very nice. There’s a bar serving local paninis called puccia, along with a few other things.

Alessio and his team were so helpful and willing to go the extra mile, and they’re why I gave the place 4 stars. The apartment was clean and new, though basic in its furnishings and kitchen equipment. The cement surfaces around the property were rough, with layers coming off, and could use renovation. The beach was lovely, with clear water and some rocks that were easy to avoid.

It’s only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, so it works well if that’s what you’re here for. The rooms are new but tiny, especially for more than two people. For anything else, you’ll need a car to get to nearby cities like Lecce.
